1. I have more than one script. Can I order them at the same time?
Actually, we prefer that you complete a separate order form for each script.
2. What happens if my script times out to be more than :60 or :30 once read by the talent?
We will have the talent read it at a comfortable pace (which may be longer than :60 or :30) and a faster pace to squeeze it in the appropriate time. Please keep in mind a general rule of thumb: Voice talent ALWAYS read slower than you.
3. Can I have the talent read the script as an audition free of charge?
Unfortunately not. One of the major reasons we're able to offer you such an affordable rate of $49 per spot is because our talent know they are going to get paid every time we send them a script.
4. What happens if my script is not a :60 or :30 spot?
If your script is not a :60 or :30 spot, you will be charged $49 per page, whereas one page = no more than 20 lines, double-spaced, size 12 font minimum.
5. How many takes of the audio will I receive?
We generally provide 2 or 3 to pick from.
6. What happens if I need revisions cut?
If we mispronounce a word, omit a word, or make a punctuation mistake, we will provide a re-read at no extra charge. Just request the re-read by emailing info@voicetalentnow.com. If you change your copy, you must fill out a new order form and you will be charged for another spot.
7. How do I pay for my voice order?
PayPal or major credit card. We can keep the price at $49 because we do not have to pay for administrative assistance to invoice and collect from our clients. Using a PayPal account is not required. You can pay by any major credit card without signing up.
8. Will I get a receipt for my order?
By completing the order from and checking out, you will receive a receipt from PayPal via email.
9. I am a talent that would like to be represented by VTN. What do I do?
Submit an email letter of interest only to info@voicetalentnow.com. Do not attach audio files. Once your email is received by our casting department, instructions will follow.
10. What if the submit button on the site is not working?
Try a different web browser Internet Explorer is recommended. Worst case, you can send the script via email to info@voicetalentnow.com, but you'll need to go direct to Paypal.com to remit the payment. Follow the instructions in the "Send Money 1,2,3" box on right. You'll be signing up for a Pay Pal account. Use info@voicetalentnow.com as the recipient email address.
11. How long does it take to receive my audio?
Audio ordered before 2:00 eastern time is generally returned within 3-4 hours. Audio ordered after 2:00 eastern time may be returned by 6:00 PM eastern time the same day or by 10:00 AM the next business day depending upon time of order.
12. I submitted my payment using an echeck? How does this affect my order?
PayPal echecks usally take 3-4 business days to clear. Once your echeck clears, we can process your order and book your talent.
13. Does the $49 fee include production?
No. Our fees are for raw, unedited voice files only. Editing audio, or mixing audio with music and/or SFX is available, but those services will incur extra charges. Inquiries about editing or production can be emailed to info@voicetalentnow.com
