The first animated television show, Crusader Rabbit, came out in 1949, and since then there have been hundreds and hundreds of popular animated series.

1. Cree Summer
Cree Summer has been a voice actor since way back in 1983 when she first started on Inspector Gadget. If you're a big Rugrats fan, you'll recognize Summer as the voice of Susie Carmichael.
Other voice roles Cree Summer is notable for include Hyena in Gargoyles, Number Five in Codename: Kids Next Door, and some of the voices in Kids Next Door.
Cree Summer has also acted in live-action content, most notably the sitcom A Different World.
2. Tara Strong
Tara Strong has had dozens of voice talent roles for many decades. Among her most iconic roles include Bubbles on the Powerpuff Girls, Dil Pickles in Rugrats, Terrence in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Timmy Turner in The Fairly OddParents, and so many others.
Strong has also been an English-speaking voice in many Japanese anime series or movies, including Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away. Strong's recent roles include the Disney+ Marvel series Loki. And, she's voiced roles in recent hits like Rick and Morty.
3. Mel Blanc
If you love Looney Tunes, you've probably heard the voice of Mel Blanc. he was the original voice of characters such as Sylvester the Cat, Bugs Bunny, Tweety Bird, and many other iconic Looney Tunes characters. He pioneered the voice of Barney Rubble on the Flinstones, Cosmo Spacely in the Jetsons.
Truly, Mel Blanc was one of the first great voice talents out there. His voice talent work will live on for generations to come.
4. Phil Lamarr
Yale University alum Phil Lamarr has worked in many different voice talent roles over the years. He played Hermes Conrad in the Futurama television show and movies, Carver Descartes on the Weekenders, Black Vulcan on Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law, and various other roles.
In other roles, Phil Lamarr was an original cast member on MADtv, and also had roles in Pulp Fiction, Step Brothers, A Black Lady Sketch Show, and Veep.
5. Nancy Cartwright
Don't have a cow, man! Nancy Cartwright has voiced Bart Simpson on the iconic cartoon The Simpsons since 1989. She also voices Bart's sister Maggie. She's voiced these characters since they first appeared on The Tracey Ullman Show, and in years since in video games, award shows, and in many other situations.
Cartwright's other voice work includes Chuckie Finster on Rugrats, Rufus the naked molerat on Kim Possible, and Pistol Pete in the Goof Troop.
